The curtain rises. The play begins. We are enthralled by the story, the performance, the relationships, the nuances - everything that unfolds on that stage. It seems so seamless, so real.

Have we ever wondered how it all comes together? Would the play still happen if different creative forces didn't collaborate?

Junoon is delighted to introduce you to incredible actor and director, Vijay Kenkre. He will, in turn, introduce you to the collective creative spark that is the secret behind every play we see.

Vijay Kenkre has worked with many of the stalwarts of theatre, including Bhakti Barve, Dr. Shreeram Lagoo, Ratnakar Matkari, and Madhu Rye. He has been part of the magical triangle that forms between the director, playwright and actor, while bringing a play to life. There are so many different angles and perspectives they add to a performance. Using his own plays as a base, Vijay will take his audience on the journey of how he created his productions. His session will be peppered with anecdotes, stories and insights. And of course, we will begin to understand why collaboration is such a key part of rich theatre.
