Blending Indian classical dance with contemporary storytelling, GIGENIS is an evocative tribute to Mother Earth. This multi-genre performance unites Kutiyattam, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, and Kathak under Khan's visionary choreography, offering an immersive theatrical experience like never before.

The ensemble cast features celebrated artists, including Kapila Venu, Mavin Khoo, Mythili Prakash, Vijna Vasudevan, Renjith Babu, and Sirikalyani Adkoli. Their performances seamlessly intertwine personal narratives with collective histories, creating a visually stunning and emotionally powerful spectacle.

Accompanied by an extraordinary lineup of musicians-Basavanahalli Chandramouli Manjunath on Mridangam, Rajeev Kalamandalam on Mizhavu, Hariraam Lam on Violin, Nina Harries on Double Bass, and vocalists Sohini Alam, Sushma Soma, and Rohith Jayaraman-the show promises a rich, immersive sonic experience that deepens the storytelling.

Produced by Productions Sarfati and supported by Orsolina28 Art Foundation and Muse Art Foundation, GIGENIS is co-produced by Esplanade" Theatres on the Bay (Singapore), Sadler's Wells (London), and The Joyce Theater.
