The seventh season of Aadyam, the theatre initiative by the Aditya Birla Group, returns for its seventh season, continuing its "mission to cultivate a vibrant live theatre culture. This season, Aadyam transforms timeless literature into dynamic live performances, bringing cherished stories from page to stage and offering a truly immersive experience." states a press note.
The opening play of the season is adaptation of Mark Haddon's acclaimed novel, THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME, adapted for the stage by Simon Stephens and directed by Atul Kumar.
This season will feature productions from several renowned directors. Aarambh Mumbai presents DO DEEWANEY, directed by Purva Naresh; D for Drama stages SLEUTH, directed by Shubhrajyoti Barat; Dragon Bose Project brings MUMBAI STAR, directed by Nadir Khan; and Arpan Theatre showcases THE HORSE, directed by Sunil Shanbag. Each play promises a unique theatrical experience, celebrating diverse narratives and powerful performances.
