P.L. Deshpande wrote a special book on Gandhiji. This was illustrated by Achrekar. N.S. Bendre, K.K. Hebbar, M.R. Achrekar painted their own versions or interpretations of Gandhiji. The whole set was available to students called Gandhi Smruti Manjusha. P.L. Deshpande’s book is excellent. The paintings are in the Balbharati office in Pune.
