The theory of Navras (9 Emotions) as described in Bharata Muni's Natya Shastra has been practiced and applied by actors extensively. This workshop conducted by Actor Prepares acting coach Suveer Bhambhani will have these theories unraveled and demonstrated for easy comprehension including its application to modern film and theatre acting.

What methods and techniques can an actor use to instigate these emotions in a performance?
What is sense memory and how does an actor develop one?
