Mumbai Actors Studio has been imparting quality training in all aspects
of Acting. We believe in quality and only good training will help you carve out a space for you in Bollywood. This is the only Institute where the teaching is conducted only
by trained and experienced faculty, trained from world class institutes such as
NSD, FTII, LAMDA, London, CSSD London etc.

After having many training programs, online & offline workshops we are
again, starting our intensive Acting programs focused on Screen Acting.

1. 6 months Advanced diploma in acting
2. 3 months Certificate in Acting

Its an intensive training program & will cover the following topics and much more:

Introduction of movement/yoga to tone the body

Voice exercises, voice modulation, breathing exercises

Working on self-realization & awakening,

Reading & interpreting fiction to develop understanding.

Understanding the body's reaction & responses through body language.

Realizing the natural voice and its modulation.

Working on observation, imitation, imagination.

Introducing mime, use of object and surroundings.

Introduction of text and speech.

Improvisations.

Introducing different approaches to acting
Complex improvisations.

Understanding characters.

Building a character.

Understanding method and micro acting.

Understanding Rasa, emotions, expressions.

Feedbacks & Learning as an actor of space, co-actor, camera, looks etc.

Preparing for the performance.

Working towards a personal methodology.

Grooming and developing soft skills.

The training will be conducted under the supervision by one of the best acting coaches, Shyam Kishore, a NSD alumnus, who has been training and mentoring actors since last 18 years. He is also a practicing actor, having done over 50 plays, and many films and web series(known for his roles in Haseen Dilruba, Sacred game 2, Afsos. Mirzapur, The good wife, Slave Market, Wo pehli baar, Upnishad Ganga, Samvidhan and many more). All the other faculty will also be from NSD, FTII, LAMDA & CSSD London etc.

This is an advance level training which will help you find your own process in character development and will also focus on voice, breath and movement techniques to create truthful performances.
