Songs of Hindi movies are the factor that differentiates them from Hollywood movies. In fact we cannot perceive Bollywood movies without the song and dance routine. This is the reason that you can conceive of a career as a lyrics writer in Bollywood.

Some people may think that if they are good at framing words and inducing a lyrical quality into writing they may be able to write for Hindi movies, but this is not the case.

A professional Song writing requires technical know how of the subject and sense of using technical aspects of song writing whether it is for film songs, Ghazals or any form of lyrics writing. Hindi film lyrics writing is very different from normal poetry or song writing.

Lyrics writing workshop ibrahim ashk Ibrahim Ashk is a well known Hindi film lyrics writer and poet. HE is well known for beautiful and soulful Ghazals that he has written for the Hindi films apart from the regular songs. He has written many hit songs and worked with many directors and producers. He is one of the stalwarts of the Hindi film industry. He penned the lyrics for films like Kaho na Pyar hai, Koi mil Gaya, Janasheen, Eitbaar and many others.Other than this he has also worked for Daily Indore Samachar and with a famous Hindi magazine Sarita. He has won many awards like Ghalib award, Kabir Samman, Majrooh award, Hindi-Urdu Sahitya Academy award and many others.
