KHELO Story :

"KHELO"...This story revolves around an age-old tradition religiously followed for generations. in an imaginary village in the Konkan region...The tradition is called "Gaavdadan" where they belief is that the entire village comes under the reign of demons for two nights starting Dussehra. No villager is allowed to step out of their homes during this period. It is believed to be a demonic ritual, though referred to as divine tradition. Bhairu is an 8-year-old girl living in this village has many questions in this regard. After two years of the pandemic, this year's Gaavdadan brings up new doubts in Bhairu's mind. To find answers, she defies the Gaavdadan tradition. What exactly is this Gaavdadan? What happens when Bhairu breaks this tradition? What unfolds in the village? The answers lie in this play "KHELO" (Play).
