For the past three to four years, Samyak Kalamsha Pratishthan Sanstha has been producing folk dramas addressing various challenges. The organization is currently staging a play titled "DADALA NAKO GA BAI," which aims to shed light on the difficulties faced by farmers in Maharashtra and across India. This drama humorously reflects on the challenges faced by farmer families, particularly the issues surrounding the marriage of farmer's children. It explores the perspective of the girl's family regarding marriage with a farmer's son. The play also promises a series of engaging performances designed to entertain the audience.
In today's villages, sons from farming families often struggle to find spouses, as there is a preference for partners with careers in business or government. If the agricultural sector does not experience growth, this issue could lead to significant future crises. Through humor, this folk drama from Maharashtra addresses these sentiments and highlights the pressing concerns of rural communities.
