A prominent minister takes the Secretary of his rival minister Husain bhai to his 'Circuit House' to have a good time. An incident takes place while they are there and the minister and Husain bhai's secretary find themselves in an awkward situation. To find a way out, the minister calls his own secretary Chimni Dhurandhar. Now together, they try to find a way out. The 'Circuit House' becomes a metaphor for the humourous incidents that enfold.
