U-Turn is set in the year of 1984, Delhi. Right on the day when Prime Minister Indira Gandhi gets assassinated on 31st October, 1984, as a consequence of the execution of ‘Operation Blue Star’; riots erupt in the country- especially where Hindus attack the Sikhs. This affected Delhi the most, where the politics and power dynamics dominates the countrys situation. Some were burnt alive and while others were beaten to death. Amidst this chaos, this is the story of a Sikh ISRO Scientist and his dysfunctional family that bears the consequence, which eventually leads to a deeper understanding about having passion for a dream and family`s love! What looks like a straight string, evolves into a twisted tale and ends up in a U-turn!

It is an amalgamation of two and more genres, which will leave you awestruck by the end as to how one genre jumped onto the other!
