How often does an actor get the opportunity to portray her own grandmother. By far, this is the most overwhelming experience I've had on stage, as I portray the role of my Nani. This play is a soulful tribute of Nadira Zaheer Babbar to her mother Razia Sajjad Zaheer - a prolific writer, a passionate teacher, an incredible cook, and, above all, a mother who inspired her four daughters with her wit, humor, resilience, and strength, especially in life’s most trying moments.
