The story revolves around a married couple in their late 40`s, Ila and Arun. They live in the serene lanes of Chanakyapuri. Arun is a journalist and Ila, a home-maker. They have been married for 25 years. Their marriage has witnessed a journey where there were mostly pleasent moments and few gloomy ones too. They have a daughter, Megha who works in Bangalore in a Software Company. She is coming home after 5 months for a short visit. She considers her parents as rebellious lovers, as they got married despite a lot of resistance from their respective families. She admires their love story. Now, she wants them to meet Rishi who she is in love with.
