Many a times you have to cut a finger to save the hand. But the real chaos starts when one cannot decide which finger to sacrifice. Crisis brings out the best and worst in all of us. We either succumb to circumstantial crisis or we make the crisis a ladder.

A typical Indian family is struggling to make ends meet. Everyday arguments and taunts at each other turn into a mysterious drama with his sons trying to find jobs and failing. The story revolves around a man who is the sole breadwinner of his family and is worried about the family’s future as he is nearing retirement. But there is more to this than what meets the eye. We are at a crossroads where some turn of events at home breaks his heart and he feels betrayed. He has to gather himself to not let the family breakaway. A typical everyday Indian middle-class household drama and a retiring father’s relation with his failing sons bring out emotions that everyone can relate to.
