A social comedy which emerges from the fact that a boy's parents find it difficult to get on with the girl's and vice versa. Call it the comedy of the in-laws if you like. Poor girl marries rich boy much against the wishes of the boy's mother who can't stand the sight of the girl's father.
One fine day, the girl's mother dies. Afraid that her father will be all alone she persuades her rich husband to let her father stay with them. The father, a self-respecting man first disagrees and then eventually relents. This is the final straw for the boy's mother and thus begin their routine tussles.
A twist in the story comes when the boy and the girl die in an air-crash. The two old people are now left alone. With grief and time at their side, they begin to grow close to each other. But social norms are such that their relationship is considered taboo. The end remains to be seen or guessed.
