The Optimists Theater Group was formed in the year 2020 by Mr.Saurabh Mishra and managed by Ms. Hema Bisht with an objective to train kids in theater. 

Mr. Saurabh Mishra has been doing theater since 10 years. He has worked  as a drama teacher in Goenka Associate's and Educational Trust (Lakshdham High School). He had directed  around 50 plays all across the country. Plays like Pygmalion, The Tempest, The Dumb Waiter, Merchant of Venice, The Tragedy of Doctor Faustus and many more. He has acted in 40 plays in India and abroad. He is an alumni of Bhartendu Natya Akademi, Lucknow and pursued 'Film and Camera Appreciation' course from SRFTI, Kolkata. He did his Masters in Theater HNBGU. He is also associated with Mumbai's renowned theater group RANGSHILA THEATER GROUP as an acting teacher, mentor and theater director. He is also a recipient of scholarship for young artist from the Ministry of Culture, Govt. Of India.
