A musical extravaganza that promises to be a laugh-a-minute roller coaster ride, unfolding the hilarious chaos when an Indian family finds itself entangled in the whirlwind of a wedding. The comedy springs to life as their darling daughter decides to embrace an inter-caste marriage, shaking up the foundations of tradition.

It is 100 minutes of poking fun at our prejudices, our idiocracies in planning a wedding- the destination, the invitee lists, the menu, the décor, the designer clothes, jewellery... and of course, the constant awareness that you have finally to bow down before the almighty …… Bollywood. Ashvin Gidwani’s “BLAME IT ON BOLLYWOOD” is a newer, better, grander, and cooler version of the existing production that has already received many standing ovations across the globe and has been successfully packing out theatres all over the world for the last seven years.

Innovatively mounted with fast-changing video walls as backdrops, every scene and every emotion is enhanced with music and dances, hilarious parodies of popular Bollywood tracks, and an ensemble cast of well-known stage, film, and TV artists.
