Three boys - one apartment - one spirit. This is the combination of an experience rarely imagined in a theatre. Sam, Jai and Shekhar have lived with the suspicion that their apartment is severely haunted. After the 'spirit' scares away their dogs, they finally decide to do something about it. Sam, who owns the apartment, refuses to believe in his roommates’ claims that there is a supernatural entity in their apartment. However, incidences follow when he is forced to accept the overwhelming evidence. But can a tantrik really help them? Can they escape from the clutches of this entity? And, what is this vengeful spirit that has set its sights on the three boys?
