Online Theatre Festival - IV managed and organized by the Theatre Management Company exhibits funny Urdu story 'Kutte' written by Patras Bokhari.

According to Patras, there are two types of people in the world, ones who are troubled by dogs and others are intelligent enough to duck them moving ahead in their paths. Patras had encountered both the versions in his life that he shares in the story.
