Short+Sweet: Mumbai...The Largest 10-Minute Play Festival Makes Its Debut In Mumbai...

SHORT+SWEET

20 plays! 20 directors! 20 writers! And nearly 50 actors! The biggest little play festival is now premiering in Mumbai. The Primetime Theatre Co. in association with the NCPA, presents Short+Sweet Mumbai, sponsored by Yes Bank. One of Australia's most successful and exciting theatrical exports Short+Sweet is all set to hit the Mumbai Stage.

The festival will showcase original 10 minute plays from Mumbai, across India and from abroad. The 20 original plays in the festival will cover a wide variety of themes, styles and genres, ranging from comedy and drama to romance and fantasy. In addition to providing a platform to a host of fresh, new talent, the festival will also feature pieces directed by well-known theatre people including Lillete Dubey, Akarsh Khurana, Meeta Vashishth, Utkarsh Mazumdar, Shivani Tanksale and others

Festival Director: Ira Dubey

Duration of all performances: 100 minutes plus an intermission of 15 minutes

Tickets 300, 250 and 200 for the public

Top 20 - White Group

Thursday
October 6th at 7:00pm

October 8th at 7:00pm

Gala Final
Sunday, October 9th at 4:00pm and 7:00pm (Best of 20 for each and Award Ceremony)
